And they’re off! Georgia and the Playmates strip off down to their bikinis... And Gareth shows his six-pack

Well that didn't take long.
Less than 24 hours in the Celebrity Big Brother house and the residents are stripping off.
Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon, 22, were the first to parade their bikini bodies, alongside body confident Kim Kardashian doppelganger Georgia Salpa, 26.

Salpa struggled to contain her chest, which she insists is not surgically enhanced, in a frilly two piece as she bounced around the bathroom flaunting her flat stomach and enviably petite body.

Meanwhile Natalie Cassidy was busy playing the mother hen as she washed Karissa's hair over the sink, while Kristina watched on and rather uncharacteristically covered her front with a towel.

Unsurprisingly the girls have already caught the attention of the male population in the house; including self-confessed ladies' men Frankie Cocozza and Kirk Norcross.
TOWIE star Norcross has already fallen under the spell of former FHM High Street Honey Georgia.

The 23-year-old lost his cool as he drooled: 'That girl Georgia, I love her, I always have.'
Meanwhile, X Factor reject Cocozza, 18, says he is so overwhelmed to be in the same company as Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriends he can't even talk to them.

Despite claiming to have bedded more women than he has had hot dinners, the teenager had a solo dip in the hot tub today asking Kirk: 'Did you manage to talk the Playboy Bunnies into coming in?'
When Norcross, who used to date former co-star Amy Childs, revealed he was too scared, a sheepish looking Cocozza also revealed: 'I can't talk to them.'
Gareth Thomas flew the flag for the male bodies, flaunting an incredibly toned tattooed torso.

Splashing around! Victoria Silvstedt bares all as she takes a daring dip in St Barts

The gorgeous former Playboy model has spent Christmas soaking up the sun in the Caribbean, only taking a break to drop in on a party held on Simon Cowell's super yacht.
All that relaxing can be pretty stifling so yesterday the blonde bombshell took to the beach to cool down and let off some steam.

Flaunting her ample curves in her favourite white bikini, the 37-year-old Swedish model looked like she was posing while swimming in Flamand’s Beach in Saint Barts.
Silverstedt was joined by Rachel Zoe and her husband Rodger Berman.
The former Miss Sweden was pictured in before Christmas at her hotel wearing a tiny orange bikini, which she covered with a sheer leopard print sarong, but since then the model has stuck to the white look which shows off her stunning tan.
And from the sounds of it Miss Silvstedt was having a great time partying with media mogul Cowell.

Chartering the 196ft yacht can cost between $450,000 and $900,000 a week but if like Cowell you are worth an estimated $130million, the cost of pure relaxation is a drop in the ocean.
The model tweeted a picture of herself on the boat with a friend and surprisingly she wasn't wearing a bikini but a gold dress.

She undoubtedly loves to flaunt her figure.
Before Christmas, she posted two photos to Twitter, both of which showed off her slender toned figure.
The bleached blonde former Playboy model showed off her toned and bronzed body in two shots taken from her hotel balcony.

She posed in a white string bikini and high heels with her derriere facing the camera, staring sultrily into the lense.

She wrote, perhaps immodestly: 'Loving the view...what an amazing day...happy holidays evrybody.'
Victoria has enjoyed a fruitful career as a model ever since she became Miss Sweden.
She worked as a fully-fledged model (of the catwalk kind) for fashion houses such as Chanel, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani and Givenchy.

But she soon caught the eye of Playboy boss Hugh Hefner who signed her up for his world-famous magazine - she was subsequently voted Playmate of the Year 1997.
She has been linked to Pamela Anderson's ex, Tommy Lee and George Best's model son Claum Best.

Victoria has been dating her much-shorter property developer boyfriend Maurice since 2007.
But is still married to interviewer Chris Wragge who she met in 1997, when he interviewed her for Entertainment Tonight.
The couple got engaged on Christmas Eve 1998, and were married in 2000 though they separated in 2007 but have not yet divorced.

Meet Angelina Jolie's incredible look alike (can you spot the difference?)

Angelina Jolie may have some competition after a video has surfaced of an uncanny look alike.
Spanish actress Lina Sands bears a huge resemblance to the Hollywood star and says in a video interview that she would love to get work as Angelina's double.
‘Hi, my name is Lina Sands and I look like Angelina Jolie,’ she says. ‘I would like to work as an Angelina Jolie look alike.’

The video was filmed last year but has now begun to take the web by storm.

With plump lips and full-bodied brown locks, Sands could easily be mistaken for the award-winning star.
She begins with her hair styled up and shows of her profile to reveal that she really is her likeness from all angles.

Then when she removes the clips from her locks, she appears to resemble Brad Pitt’s partner even more.
Model-worthy Sands is 5’8 and giving away no signs of her age.
However, she insists she is not as old as Jolie yet, after estimating that her 36-year-old idol is 33 at the youngest guess.

The Jolie double says she has lived in the UK for eight years and has been perfecting her craft for three of those, now it seems she is ready to break out into the lookalikes market.
Working with Susan Scott – an agency that has Kate Middleton and Prince William lookalikes on their books as well as a dead ringer for Queen Elizabeth – the original video has already accumulated over 325,000 views on YouTube.
Some commenters even go as far as suggesting Sands is a better version of the Tomb Raider star.
The agency prides itself on being the first, best and the longest established of its type in Europe and can offer over 8000 lookalikes of famous and infamous people, living and dead.
If Lina’s career as a Jolie impersonator doesn’t work out she can always rely on her plan B.
She joked: ‘I’ve got a lot of hair! I can sell it and be rich.’

Google reveals how it ranks websites

Google Inc offered a detailed glimpse into its secret process of ranking Internet websites on Monday, publishing for the first time a list of recent tweaks to its closely guarded search algorithm.

While less than revelatory, the details published on Google's official blog mark a departure for the Internet search leader, as antitrust regulators investigate claims that the company's search process might be biased toward its own business and operations.

Google makes about 500 changes to its search formula every year. In Monday's blogpost, it described 10 recent changes ranging from how it treats Web searches in less-common languages -- such as Swahili -- to refinements around the way it displays results.

Google has outlined tweaks to its search methodology previously, but Monday's blogpost is the first time it has offered this level of detail on a series of adjustments.

The US Federal Trade Commission, which investigates violations of antitrust law, is looking into complaints that Google's search results favor the company's other services, among other issues.

Analysts say Google, which runs an estimated 69 percent of Web searches worldwide, can make or break a company depending on its search ranking.

Google hired 12 lobbying firms this summer in the wake of the FTC probe, after previously hiring six other lobbying firms.

Laughter Infectiously Spreads in Berlin Train Video Goes Viral

They
say laughter is contagious, and one can really see the truth in that on
this U-Bahn train in Berlin. Two women start laughing at something on
their phones and soon the entire car is rolling over in giggles. The
video is featured on Telegraph at the time of writing over a million people have watched this video.

top 8 of the weirdest work stories from 2011

1. His "winning" remarks caused him to lose his job
Over the past several years, actor Charlie Sheen has made headlines for his destructive behavior, short-lived marriages and alleged substance abuse. Yet despite the steady drum of rumors and allegations, he continued to show up and dutifully film his TV show, "Two and a Half Men." That is until he had his meltdown. While the seedlings of chaos began to sprout at the end of 2010, things took a turn for the worse in early January, when he was rushed to the hospital for "stomach pains." From there, Sheen became the center of media attention, making news for his bizarre behavior, crazy rants and admittedly addictive catch phrases. There was constant speculation over whether the show would drop him, and he was eventually fired after blasting the show's creator. While Sheen has since cleaned up his act, those few months of insanity are ones we won't soon forget.

2. Rubik's cube expert, prom king and other ways to stand out in your cover letter
There's no shortage of advice on how to develop an effective cover letter, but job seeker Roanald took some of that advice to the extreme. Yes, a cover letter should be attention-grabbing, but using profanity and listing one of his qualities as honorable because he is "the son of a librarian and a Capricorn" may be pushing it. Needless to say it's an entertaining read, and it impressed the cover letter's recipients (Chicago bar The Aviary) enough to get him a job.

3. The homeless man with that "golden voice"
What started as a videotaped interview of a homeless man by Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch videographer Doral Chenoweth soon turned into a widespread Internet sensation. The man in the video, Ted Williams, had a voice any radio or TV announcer would kill for. In fact, earlier in his life, before falling on hard times , he'd attended school for voice acting and did some work in radio. After the video went viral, Williams began receiving job offers and even appeared on NBC's "Today." Yet the sudden media attention was too much for him to bear, and he reverted to drinking and other destructive behavior. While the hoopla has since died down, the homeless man with the silky smooth voice won't soon be forgotten.

4. Playing around on the Internet really can get you a job
Sure, you've been told to "follow your dreams" and "do something you love," but it's never really that easy, right? For one Philadelphia native, it was. The Philadelphia 76ers launched a voting contest to name the team's new mascot but didn't use social media to promote it. So self-described "social media sponge" Jerry Rizzo took it upon himself to create Twitter handles for the three mascot finalists. At first, the team shied away from the extra social media help, a sking Rizzo to hand over the Twitter handles and back away from Twitter. But the CEO soon realized there was a real opportunity to grow the team's social media presence, and ultimately offered Rizzo a social media position with the team. He gladly accepted.

5. A cop who didn't want to be late
Miami police officer Fausto Lopez led other officers on a high-speed chase, all in the name of getting to work on time. While Lopez's dedication to punctuality is appreciated, one can only assume his employer would have preferred he arrive 20 minutes late over getting arrested.

6. Oops i(Phone) did it again
In last year's roundup of notable workplace stories, we included the tale of the iPhone 4 prototype that went missing after its owner left it at a bar. Clearly no lessons were learned from that gaffe, because another Apple employee made the same mistake with the iPhone 5 pr ototype, losing it at a Mexican restaurant. And at least the iPhone 4 was sold for the worthy amount of $ 5,000. Allegedly the iPhone 5 archetype raked in a measly $ 200 on Craigslist. Hopefully the next iPhone iteration will be kept under lock and key.

7. Gossiping about your co-workers? Use personal email
We've all had those days when we've needed to vent to a fellow co-worker. But doing so continuously, and over company email, may not be the best move. Three Iowa employees learned that lesson the hard way after their boss discovered thousands of their gossipy interoffice emails. Within these emails, the employees in question trashed their co-workers and expressed their general disgust for their jobs. After the disparaging emails were exposed, the employees were fired for "excessive use of the commission's computer system for emails of a personal nature." So the next time you need to let off steam about your w orkplace, stick to doing so via your personal email account.

8. The wrong way to engage employees
Finding fun and creative ways to engage employees is a good thing, right? Not if that includes hosting a contest to guess the next employee to get the boot. The owner of a chain of Iowa convenience stores did just that, encouraging employees to predict the next cashier to be fired for a chance to win a whopping $ 10 in cash. Do you think any of the employees guessed themselves as the next victim?
